try to notice the things that he love most and things that tips his heart and start doing them. stay close to him and try talking to him in any slight way.

How to get a guy like you...
I am supposing hes in your class or somewhere where you can easily meet.
1. Dress Nice. Always look and feel best.
2. Act approachable (you won't believe how many girls look like they are ready to scratch our faces). It includes, nice smile, glow in the eye(well its like when you are excited and whole world around u knows that you are excited about something).
3. Drop a thing or 2 close to him, bump him..
4. and then recognize him... "Hey, you are in my class. Did you do X yesterday?"
5. Talk, talk talk... Guys get nervous when there is silence and normally when they open their mouth.. only spits out stupidity...
6. Find something which you can do together. "Hey, you like japanese food, darn me too.. You know there is X place you should really check out... bla bla bla"

Dress real pretty and do your hair and makeup and be nice and smile. Now, act like you don't really care much about whether he likes you or not.
Now, ask him if he'd like to get a bite to eat with you later.
