I'm going to be divorced, and have no malice toward my ex. I have come to like my full married name, and it has a much better ring to it than my maiden name. We have two children. I think I would feel a little weird having a different last name from my children as a single mother. I guess it's because I don't want people (including other kids) to think I had them out of wedlock, or to speculate about exactly why our names are different. I'm a little old fashioned, I guess.

i'v been with him 13 years since i was 18 years old now i'm 31.we hardly ever do anything together.we have 2 great kids.he is a truck driver so not always home .if he has a bad day he comes home says hes quiting then he tells me to get off my lazy *** and go to work .he is always putting me down sometimes even call me fat he can be controling and he is jealous.most times i think about leaving him but then i think about the kids and hurting them cause my son crys when hubby and i talk about me leaving .sometimes i just wanna run and be alone but it cant be done.my parents are old fashined and says to me u made ur bed now u gotta lay in it....and when we fight he trys to make up by sex.we even sleep in different bedrooms he says cause i snore.if i go in town shopping he will call and listen to make sure i'm not at some guys house.and when i go for a coffee i'm not allowed to go inside the cafe.most times i want to look for a guy online and run plz help me.............

Would you tell him that you married someone else to give yourself another chance? BUT...you also SEPARATED this other guy (#2) because you realized he could never make you happy. You went back to your country and that's when # 1 contacts. You have to tell him BY EMAIL, since he is in the US and you're in S.America.

My husband comes home from work so very tired lately. He doesn't have a stressful or physical job. Anyhow, he comes home the other day and his breath smelled like a womans parts... you know what I mean. I know it's not from me cause we haven't dome this in a LONG LONG time, anyhow he said a guy at work brought in salmon for his click of friends and he had some. His best friend at work has had 2 affairs with women in their shop & I am worried that he is cheating. We used to have RELATIONS like 4-5 times a week now I'm lucky to get it twice a month. He hides in the bathroom all the time on the phone. He goes to the store for milk and is gone for an hour. He has never cheated before (as far as I know). Am I being silly or do I need to investigate this?
p.s. I have put on 45 pounds in the last year, am I just being insecure or is he not attracted anymore?

I mean does anyone else notice how its always the mother-in-laws fault and the daughter-in-law is just the poor innocent victim. I mean how come the DIL is never at fault? It almost seems as if he like to gang up on MILs and make them look bad on his show.

She doesn't know that I know she cheated on me. She tells her friends that she's single, but when around me, she says we're together. So basically she's fu*%en me up with mind games. Whenever we argue, she gets mad & calls it off, but when calm, she says we're together. I feel that she is stringing along b/c she doesnt know how to really break it down to me. She can only break it down when she's mad, which hurts like crazy,, but when she calm, she doesnt apologize or take back what she says, but instead keeps claiming that I'm her boyfriend. I've played this off for 2 months because I still care about her, and I still love her, and I know I shouldn't love her for doing me wrong. The thing that bothers me the most, even though now we're not together, is that she still doesnt know that I know she cheated on me, and she still calls me everday & its getting to a point of conclusion where I just want to end the friendship b/c she hasn't confess yet. What should I do? How should I go about?

I'm a 45 year old black male in need of some companionship.I recently moved to columbia,SC with a young lady who is now been gone for about 4 months and now i'm all alone.I work a few hours a day and after that its me and myself again,until the next day when i go to work.I love staying at home,but it gets lonely sometimes.I go out for walks every once in a while,but there's not a whole lot for me to do.I'm from VA and i don't have many friends living here.I know ladies this is not a dating site,but if you're interested please contact me.It seems like all the beautiful women in this town is already taken(just kidding).Or they just don't want to be with a old man like me.I don't drink,smoke or do the club scenes,but i do enjoy dinner,a movie or whatever the young ladies are interested in.If i sound desperate,it's possible.It's not easy living in a strange town with so many beautiful ladies and not be able to meet them,because i don't hang out.

My husband and I were together for fifteen years, separated amicably, and we've gotten along fine as co-parents of our two children. we split eight years ago, but neither of us has ever sued for divorce, probably because neither of us has yet had a relationship leading to marriage. We did go through the clerk of court to establish child support payments, but we've always taken care of the children's needs as they come up, each of us paying what we think is our fair share. We no longer have any joint property of any kind. If a couple's been apart for many years, and it's clear that neither has intention of ever reconciling, is there a way to just file some papers and pay a fee without going in front of a judge? We live in NC.

I was talking to a very sweet and funny lady on myspace. We both loved muscle cars and both have kids. The last thing she wrote is that her son loves mustangs. I loved this person for 4 years (I am 23 and he is 29) and one fine day I heard him telling I love you to someone else. Needless to say I went mad. When asked, he said that he met her online....This lady who is 50 years old and wife of someone workig in Gulf. He says its not a affair of cheap kinds and that she has suffered alot in life. He also said he cant leave her for me. I dont know anything of what her suffering is...He never attempted to explain why she is important to him. What I know is that she had given him lumpsome money to attend a conference in USA. I decided I cant share my love and said goodbye to him. He said that I am only breaking our relationship without deciding well and that I am deciding this impulsively. In fact, I took 6 whole months to say goodbye. I am suffering from his loss very badly but dont feel bad for saying bye since if today a lady can crop up and become so important to him...tommorow the same might happen with someone else. Am I wrong?
