Fresh breath and doing it with someone who wants to be kissed by you is a good start. Be a gentleman and ask for her permission...I think any respectful chick would dig being asked.
NEVER ASSUME THAT SHE WANTS TO BE KISSED BY YOU
Make the 1st kiss on the cheek and see if she'd want some lip action 2nd. If you get pass the lips, see if you can find each other's tonsils.

just take her to the movies one of those love/mushy movies and walk her home and if she looks like she wants you to kiss her just do it and don't think about it but make sure your a good kisser or she will dump you just like that!
