I'm a 45 year old black male in need of some companionship.I recently moved to columbia,SC with a young lady who is now been gone for about 4 months and now i'm all alone.I work a few hours a day and after that its me and myself again,until the next day when i go to work.I love staying at home,but it gets lonely sometimes.I go out for walks every once in a while,but there's not a whole lot for me to do.I'm from VA and i don't have many friends living here.I know ladies this is not a dating site,but if you're interested please contact me.It seems like all the beautiful women in this town is already taken(just kidding).Or they just don't want to be with a old man like me.I don't drink,smoke or do the club scenes,but i do enjoy dinner,a movie or whatever the young ladies are interested in.If i sound desperate,it's possible.It's not easy living in a strange town with so many beautiful ladies and not be able to meet them,because i don't hang out.

Use the time in the world to learn and experience new things that the world has to offer. Use every problem you face and find a way to overcome it. I used to feel lonely until I started to do small things like learning how to play poker and learning how to draw people faces to overcoming the loneliness. The key here is to take every negative problem you have and turn it into a positive. It could take time but it can be done because some people had done it.

Oh man u are 45 i don't think u are old, make some friends not only ladies but men of your age so that u will be hanging around with them, go out and have fun, when u feel lonely don't stay at home, just go out so that u won't start thinking about ur life e.t.c.

We all want someone in our life to love and cherish. Your relationship just ended and it sounds like you want to jump into another one because of your insecurities. That is why alot of relationships don't last. the best thing for you to do is go out and buy yourself a dog they love you unconditionlly they are loyal and trustworthy. Believe me you will not be lonely anymore and you will leave yourself open for a good healthy relationship. Walk your dog everyday and you will meet a nice young lady and she will think hey this guy is really great he likes dogs.

trust me man u don't need to think about getting a girl all the time i mean come on how desperate can you be? all u have to do is just forget about finding love and do something else like just go to work and think about it and then i dunno do stuff on the computer eat dinner watch TV anything else u like to do i mean bars could help if u want to find a girl but i haven't had a girlfriend for about 2 years and i'm fine being single..

start out slow do some volunteer work or anything to get you out of the house. there are web sites or even local paper listings to find one right for you, but you have to leave the house.
