First he should have never have told you he was getting you flowers that should be a surprise not something you should expect and Second get over and maybe he'll surprise you another day with them.

it's the thought that counts and maybe he really was busy sometimes he brings your flowers or little no reason gifts right? dont make a big fuss over this other wise he might think your high maintence and spoiled.

He was too busy and forgot. Get over it, move on. If he begins forgetting other stuff, have him checked for alzheimers or other brain issues (marijuana), if no issues, dump him.
