I've been with him for 2 years almost and my parents haven't been very supportive nor do they try to understand me. Then they just suddenly decided that they don't like my boyfriend and they're telling me to break up with him for no reason. What should I do to talk to them and be mature about it? I've made my stand that I'm not doing anything because they don't even have a reason.

my mom constantly is asking me to fix her something to eat , to iron her work clothes and wipe off her shoes, she has gone maddddd, i can't take it anymore, i'm not her slave and i just cry sometimes beacuse it upsets me and they have restricted my bedtime to 9:00 and i'm in high school, what is this. i can't even close my bedroom door unless i'm about to get undressed . , i'm on the verge of packing my bags and moving to a shelter, what should i do?

Today I had a revelation. I am so sick of couples...I have put so much pressure on myself to "find" someone that after a while I just cracked. I decided that I am sick of wanting that. It would be great if it happened, but still. I am so sick of looking. I'm going to stop looking. No more wishing I had a guy to go shopping with, or cook with, or watch tv with. No more wishing I had someone to talk about nothing with, or fight with...I just don't care anymore. But here is the problem...I'll probably snap out of this in a few days and go back to wishing all of that again. Comments...?

Last Thursday at lunch at school, I was sitting on my boyfriend's lap. It's not a big deal. I am 15 and do it all the time.

However, the Principal came over and told me to get off of his lap and sit properly. I told him he was overreacting and he was like well maybe he should call my dad to see if he agrees and said he would if he ever sees me doing it again.

I think my dad would be "p***** off" and I am already in trouble for something else. What is the big deal about sitting on a boy's lap?

Everytime I start to feel something special for someone special, I always get my heart broken some way or another...I just don't know what to do!

Right now I'm feeling that a major heartbreak is waiting to happen...I'm really scared, believe it or not, because it takes me long to fully recover & each times I get heartbroken, I begin to fear love a bit more than the last time :(

How can I keep my heart from getting broken?

ok, my best friend introduced to me to one of her friends, im single she isnt, she has a b/f who she lives with for 3 or 4 years now. they dont get along good at all, but still she chooses to stay with him. i ask her to hook me up with her friend she said no i like him and i might want to leave my b/f one day and be with him myself. i dont really know what to do cause she is my very best friend. when i am around him he stares at me and i do him to..lol..he is very good looking. but i dont want to make her mad at me either. i really think she shouldent care cause she has a man. but i can tell she does like him. he talks to her alot but he is always kinda looking at me and when she see's him looking at me she always try's to distract him. plzzzzz help, what do you think i should do??? keep in mind she is my best friend. ty for anwsering, if you do.

I'm 18..still young and been doing a lot of soul searching lately. I feel emotionally drained all the time...I cry for no reason at all. I feel suicidal 24/7....I go to work each day..then come home and just chat with people online..I have no life..and when i try to make one for myself...it seems the past i've tried so hard to run and get away from keeps dragging me down. I mean for a while i was doing good. However it seems that whenever things start to look up for me..that's when something inside snaps..and I start to regress again..I'm so confused..lost and lonely..I need someone I can trust and confide in..someone who will lend an ear to me. I can't seem to find that either though. My parents well they are always working..and never around..same with my brothers. I mean i work as well. And my friends i've basically lost contact with them..and have become anti-social.. I can't sleep for crap at night..nothing seems to matter anymore..What's wrong with me? I want to just end it all!!

i don't know him very well and didn't see him very often, and he is going to college in another state so i probably won't see him until at least 4 months. the last time we talked was a few weeks ago. that was the last time we saw each other before he went to college. we have each others email adresses too. when i emailed him to tell him i will miss him but i wish him good luck in school he didn't write back. some other times i emailed him he din't write back either and i had to write him a few times before he did. and when i try to call him but can't reach him he doesn't call back. i don't leave messages on his phone because i don't know what to say and am scared he might not call back. i want to know what things to write in an email that won't scare him off but would encourage him to call me. we are both shy and i don't want to be clingy or shy.
