a man i'm dating keeps accusing me of being in love with him. seriously.

i've certainly never uttered those words, which makes me wonder, is accusing me of loving him his way of masking his true feelings for me?

okay, well it's not really accusing....it's more like, a confident "i know you love me" type of thing.....does this change anyone's thoughts?

Love is not just uttered by words, its also showed by action. Perhaps you are showing actions that he perceive as love for him (i.e kissing, cuddling, always agreeing to his plans.) I don't think he is masking his true feelings, I think hes just being playful or wearing you down.

Wow, I don't know where to start! You use words that sound so unlike love. "Accusing" you of being in love? Is that a sin? Is it bad? I think any man who asks if you are in love with him in an accusatory tone is telling you to back off. I also think you need to talk to him about why he does this. Is he married? Why do you call it accusing? What's going on with your relationship? I think you know he isn't masking anything.

Sounds like he's a little desperate to me. Maybe just wishful thinking on his part
