ok i just posted this a bit ago but i have more to say on it. ive been with my boyfriend for 2 months and im not sure if its gonna last. i want to do anything to make it last becuase i feel hes the only person i really have to do anything with right now, my best friends just moved so i dont really have any friends at school and now i found out that alin (my boyfriend) is goin to a different school. he said hes not sure how its gonna work with us at 2 diff. schools so we'll just see how it goes. i would do anything to stay with him. i feel like the only time im really happy is when im around him. yeah i know im young but i just lost 3 of my best friends because of there mom who goes back to her ex (who abuses her). so now they live with there father who gets a little too touchy feely with them. i worry about them and now i worry if alin will stay with me...what should i do?!?!

every guy I meet seems to think 300 hundred dollars is too much for a purse and that victoria's secret is too expensive and they just all seem to not be into buying nice gifts. From the way they talk they won't even indulge their daughters or sons. I think that is a man won't buy it for his kids, he wouldn't buy it for a girlfriend. Where are the generous men who like to buy nice things? I know they exist.

My son went to live with his father (300 miles away) and stepmom. I did not want it this way, but at the moment I don't have the resources to keep him busy and out of trouble. I didn't want him to go at first, but the public school is better there, and his dad wanted him to go. I was going to put him in private school. His first weekend at his dad's, he had an episode with drinking liquor from their house when they went out. I don't want to go into it, but he could have died- he was alone at the time. (I don't keep liquor in my house or drink) It was hard enough to let him go live there- then this. The problem I am having is I know my ex puts us down (my husband and me) to my son. We have been good parents, we just don't have as much money as they for entertainment, etc, and haven't for sev. yrs- but will soon b/c of my husband's business. My son's father has taught him that a person's worth has to do with his income. I am distraught that I am losing my son, he hardly talks to me.

i and my dad never got along in the past year,our thinking were really different from eachother,he doesnt allow me to go any where unless i beg him to death to go somewhere and unless i do things behind him and get cought,things got change few months back and we both liked eachother...but since a month or so things r different ..he is rude wit me again...dont know how to change him he is really old style person....plus he is alwaz scared of everything ahh:(

The girl wants to go back out wit him but he can't seem to ask her back out because he is bothered about the issue of his ex-girlfriend lying why she broke up wit him. If he really liked his ex, should he forgive her ,put it behind him, and ask her back out?

I slowly have come to hate it. It started when my husband started giving me his 'list' and telling me.. "This is what I want", then being a 5 year old when I didn't get it for him for whatever reason. Then if I got him anything, he would look at the credit card statement and complain how much it was! Hello?! Then inlaws et al, that you told what you like.. over and over and they get something completely NOT what you liked... then there is the decorations and the fights over where something is or was or is suppose to be.
Am I alone? I have lost the 'Christmas cheer' somewhere but I don't have it.

My husband's daughter is 7years old and her mother left her when she was 7 months old. Her dad has been taking care of her since then. She sees her mom every now and then and talks to her on the phone but does not know her as anything but aunt Crystal. She calls me mom and doesnt ever even question who her mother is. I dont know whether she is ready to know the truth but we also don't want to wait too long. If we tell her she may want to go live with her or something and that does not need to happen. The woman abandoned her and her father and is in and out of jail constantly. What do we do?

I've been married for 3 years now, no kids because I've got fertility issues. We both want different things out of our marriage and out of life. He's been manipulating and controlling me to the point where I just want out. It's like taking care of a child who thinks he's your father. I've already made plans and am seeking counseling and advice. I know he still loves me, or at least he thinks he does. I'm not sure how I feel about him anymore. He wants biological children, and I'm unable to bear them without a lot of help. I feel like I'm being suffocated, and I just want to breathe again! Should I leave him and move back home to the West coast, or should I tough it out?

He was in WWII. He invaded Normandy. Since he spoke a little German, it was his job to go into a lot of homes first. I've known this much for years but he wont say any more. He is in his mid 90s and his health is beginning to fail. I want to learn more about his younger years and certainly more about the war, but he isn't interested in talking.

I have been married for going on 5 months now.... A while before we got married, she cheated on me and lied to me. I eventually found out (not from her) and confronted her. She applogized over and over again and swore it wouldn't happen again. She loves me and nobody else and wants to be with me etc. etc. etc. She went the whole 9 yards for me to take her back which I did. I forgave her and trust her not to ever do it again. She also made a promise. She promised me she wouldn't go out (to a club or bar) again...... Very very recently she's been wanting to go out with her friends. To a club to dance with her friends. She asks me and I admit I get an attitude and say "Yes" go ahead, but she can tell that I really don't want her to. The main reason is because of the trust issues I have with her because of the past. She is 20 years old and I am 27. Am I being unreasonable by not wanting her to go??? Because of trust and the promise she made to me????

You know how you might see a cute girl in one of your classes. but she sits across the room, and you catch her looking your way a few times. but you're too far away from her to talk to her and you'd feel weird if you got up and moved away; because what if her looking in your direction didnt mean anything at all??.. or how about when youre walking in the mall and you see a girl and she kinda glances your way, but youre unsure if she's looking at you or if she's just simply looking around.

OK. My friend, let's call him Mr Z. I went out with him a few monthes back. We broke up, he was fine with it, so this is not the culprit. Today, I was talking to him on MSN, and he randomly says "I tried to hang myself." He's always been masochistic. Running into things, beating himself up, just basically hurting himself ALL THE TIME. Then mentions that he's planning on trying it again sometime. I just tell him what I think of this and he calls me some sick names and tells me he knows he's selfish and that he doesn't care, and tells me to screw off basically. Anyway, I have his phone number. Should I call from a payphone and say to his Mother "Keep an eye on him, or you WILL LOSE HIM, and DO NOT tell him I called." or do I just let him work it over himself? I know sometimes reaching out to someone in that state makes them even more manic and determined to do it. So should I just leave it be? Or should I call his family and tell them to watch out? Help much obliged.. thanks.
