MOM JUST CALLED GRANDPA HAS CANCER IS ON DRUG TO HELP SLOW DOWN TERMINAL CANCER ONLY HAS ONE KIDNEY NOW NEEDS DIALISIS AND KIDNEY DOC ACUALLY SAID IS IT WORTH TAX DOLLARS ?gRANMAS WENT TO GYN HAS HUGE HUGE PALIPS DOWN THERE THEY ARE CHECKING FOR CANCER SO MANY OF THEM OH GOD I CAN'T DO THIS AND MOM FOUND LUMP IN IN BREAST 4DAYS AGO GOD SO MUCH SO MUCH WHY ALL AT ONCE THATS PRACTICALLY ALL MY FAMILY WHY?/

i know how you feel , within 2 years we lost 5 of our family and now my 17 year old son has terminal cancer.

It's ok. You're shaking because you are in shock. It's a physical reaction to the traumatic news you've just recieved.
Try taking a deep breath, maybe have a cup of tea and call someone you trust whose shoulder you can cry on. It won't make your problems go away but it'll give you a brief respite and allow you to gather yourself.
