i like this guy at school but i know it's going nowhere. i need to get over him . i think abt him all the time. i hate it cuz i cant concentrate on my study and it makes me feel sad and desparate . im trying to forget abt him but i cant. how to not to think of him anymore. he is in 2 of classes so i see him almost everyday.

I have a court date setup for child custody mediation for my kids (age 4 and age 11 months), and was wondering if anyone who went through this same proccess had any insight or ideas on what I should ask, I know I need to be ready before I go, and I wont have a lawyer....I've thought of a few rules I would try to mediate with my ex, they are below, if anyone has anything to add, or help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm going to request:

- Joint Custody
- Neither of us can move more then 60 miles away without the other parents permission
- Copys of all progress reports, and report cards from school
- Anytime the child is hospitlized she MUST contact me
- I'm going to include who has what holidays and what times
- Be informed and included on all school meetings
I can't think of to much more, so if anyone has anything else please help! Thanks for youre time in reading this.

I love my wife and I am ready to die for her. She chooses not to live with me in the present country where I am staying because she does not like that country. I am heart broken and at the same time if I choose to live where my wife wants us to live then I will have to sacrifice my Job / career and go back to a lower level in my job / career. This would not only affect us financial but also emotionally. At the same time I believe that once we are married we have to work our very best to save the marriage at any cost. I do not understand why she is so stubborn on this subject and will not even try to come and stay with me for at least a year and if things do not work out during that one year we could always look at alternatives.

17 yrs ago my best friend introduced me to my man. Of course a lot has happened since then. About a year ago she started telling me I should go out more with the "girls", and stop spending so much time with my hubby. My husband and I have 2 wonderful boys ages 3, and 6. We decided to get him "fixed" and not have anymore children, we wanted to expand our family via adoption. Well we went through the process and became foster parents in hopes of adopting a little girl (or 2:):) our only request was that she must be younger then our youngest boy (3) and wasn't victim to any serious sexual abuse ( We are new at this, and don't want to put our boys at risk )

Well are waiting days came to end yesterday, we met a beautiful 2 1/2 year old little girl who is a little ball of joy ( always smiling, laughing...) she has been though a lot ( mom a druggy and currently in jail, has left her little one with "who ever" and "were ever" the bio mom and her never attached )

According to the social workers in her previous placement, she has shown some signs of sexually acting out, they fear she may have been molested by one of her many caregivers. She has a appointment with a therapist who will try to.......
