The girl wants to go back out wit him but he can't seem to ask her back out because he is bothered about the issue of his ex-girlfriend lying why she broke up wit him. If he really liked his ex, should he forgive her ,put it behind him, and ask her back out?

She should just move on ... and, um ... stop lying.

She shouldn't have lied in the first place. Relationships are hard enough with out deceit. Move on and let him heal and start a new and healthy relationship with someone who is open and honest with him. If you love him you will truly want whats best for him. Not best for you now that you have had time for regret.

Nobody is obligated to forgive a liar. Let that be a lesson to her about honesty...and communication.

This is an example of taking responsibility for your actions...when we treat others wrong, we cannot expect to get what we want...we certainly don't deserve it.

You need to own up to the fact that you lied and caused him pain. He has the right to hurt and the right to not want anything more to do with you. Its the price you pay when you play with fire honey!

fool me once, shame on me,...
fool me twice shame on you,...

I don't think he thinks you're worth his efforts. You shouldn't of lied to begin with.

Shame on you.

Move on find someone else, and don't make the same mistake twice.
