The guy who was the love of my life but who also treated me REALLY badly, and who is now my ex, has gone on to settle down with a girl and start a family with her. I thought "good things happen to good people" so why is it he is happily settled and I'm still not meeting nice guys and feeling despair at my situation!?? I don't understand it!

I have dated my fiance for nearly 2 years. We've been engaged for 8 months with no plans to set a date. Today I sat back and watched another friend (who has not been dating her bf for nearly as long) set up plans to get married. Even my ex-husband is getting remarried in 2 weeks and he only got engaged in June. I realize that none of this should impact when I get married, but I can't seem to help feeling more hurt and more resentful everytime it happens. In the course of the past 22 months, I've seen more than 10 couples I know start to date, get engaged and either get married or set a date for marriage. This is starting to take its toll on my relationship with my fiance because I'm so bothered everytime it happens again. He says I'm the love of his life, but he just doesn't have a deadline to get married. We're both over 40 and we don't live together. I am a single parent and pay all my own bills. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can have a better attitude about all this?

When he we 25 he date a 14 year old. The average age he dates is 18. He says he dates these women because they all have hard bodies and no flab like older women get. What the f@ck is his problem.

I am 21 and just beginning to know my dad's side of the family (I don't talk to him though). He has five living siblings (three others have passed away) so I have a lot of aunts, uncles and cousins that I'm just now meeting. I haven't met any face to face but just recently got in contact with an aunt, uncle and one cousin through my half-sister.

Any tips on establishing a good relationship with this "new" family?

My fiance and I have been living together officially for almost 6 months. We have been together for 14 months and engaged 4 months. Initially, we said that we were going to wait 3 years before getting married, because he is finishing his last year of college (I finished in Dec) and he wasnted to be through at least his first year or second year of medical school before we took the plunge, because we felt by then our finances and futures would be in a better spot to merge them together. I was ok with that at first, but now that we've been living together, I'm wondering why we just don't set a date for a year or year and ahalf from now. A- we already live like a married couple- sharing bills, bed, house...I know wherever he goes I'm folllowing and vice versa especially since he is rethinking med school. We are very much in love and want to spend the rest of our lives together, so why not now? He disagrees, but won't really give me a reason why...says he wants to marry me, just not now..

My fiancee and I are getting married next september and I know that I wanna marry him but he's a military man and I cant get him to be affectionate. Its like pulling teeth just to get a hug from him. I love him with all of my heart and I wanna go ahead with our wedding plans but I dont want it to come a time in our relationship that i reach out for affection in another mans arms cuz thats something I just cant live without. We are in a constant battle on money (she is). I feel that the great State of Texas only helps the custodial parent and make the non-custodial look like crap. I'm going to admit, I have told her pretty nasty things and it hurt me saying them to her but she needs to undersatnd that I have feelings too. I'm about to get married with a wonderful person and I feel that this ordeal is affecting my current relationship. I fell like if she does not want me to be happy. I have accepted her way of "life", but not to be around my daughter's eyes. I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH HER IN ANY WAY!!! All I want is to see my daughter and pay what has to be paid. if a girl tells you she doesnt like something, and you barely started dating, why do you guys keep doing it?

Well my parents dont live together so i have to get it past both of them and my dad doesnt like it because he thinks babies who are mixed are never accepted. my mom is terrible with comlmunication so i dont know what her problem is i just know she doesnt like it. they arent racist people i can say that because if they were racist they would not be friends with the black people they are friends with. their from a time where it wasnt accepted but they cant accept me for it ...

I know I am very sexy, beautiful and attractive but I am also very friendly,nice,caring and fun. Guys are so intimidated by me that most of my relationships don't last.
