I'm in a long distance relationship with my Thai bf for almost half year now! He is in Canada and I am in Toronto. It was my family's order to move back and because of my bf's background, my family did not want me to be with him, I fully trust myself and him in this relationship, I have been dating my bf for almost 3 years. We have never been apart, we were always together, this relationship seems so hard on us with so much pressure surround us, we still believe in our love and we stay faithful to each other. I have one question that has been bothering me. My family wants me to take over the family business which means going back to my bf and live together will be a dream to me. He is trying so hard to make both of us to be together. I don't know what to do. I can't not to have him. He means so much to me!!~Being with him means I have to give up on something that is lot important to me. Without him, I will do whatever to hurt myself for not being with him. It's so hard on me

Alright,it's like this,I'm 30 years old with a pretty level head but here's the deal;I've always been one to stay on top of my priorities and do my best to keep my life in order.2 years ago I met a man who basically screwed my head up,something that I just don't let happen.I've been unhappy and stressed and now hopeless and depressed.We made the decision to part ways but I know that he would be the type to always find a negative,childish way to always interfere with my life.I moved out of my home a year ago and since have been living with my mother and my 4 girls,13,11,10,9.I'm currently living in a small town with not much oppurtunity.I have a chance to move away to a larger town and start over but my mom are overprotective of my kids and prefers me to leave them while I get myself together.I know it's alot of responsibility for her,but she has alot of help and basically have been taking care of them anyway because I just can't focus.Should I take this and send for them later?

I am 30 and have been living in london for the last few years and have been desperate to move back to my home town up north and have managed to acheive an interesting, if not well-paid job, there. However, at the same time I have also been offered the chance to study a fully funded Masters with a grant to become a health professional ,that lasts two years, just outside London. This is a course that is highly competitive to get in to and I have been turned down for this course several times before. However, I miss my family and they miss me and are excited at the thought I am going back up there. Nobody in my family moves away from their home area so they don't understand. Even though I actually visit them about once a month they still wish I would live closer to them, even though they would never put any pressure on me to do so. My partner is also not very keen on moving back up north but would try it to please me, as he is very nice like that! Please help, what should I do?

Eight months ago I discovered my husband was having an affair. I found a photo of the other woman on our computer. He said it was an error of judgement and shouldn't have done it, but wanted to leave the marriage because it was stifling, he wanted his freedom, he wasn't the marrying kind, he found himself constantly thinking about the restrictions of marriage, but when I suggested divorce he said he had no problem being married to me, I am a nice person, he just wanted time away from the marriage. He told me he had finished with the other woman, but there were signs that he hadn't. During the last 8 months he has treated me the way I had always wanted to be treated by him but believed he was incapable of doing. It was amazing. Last week he left, but is making plans for when he comes back etc. He called round on Sunday and went about things as if he was just away on a business trip. Our daughter of 16 is confused and upset. Is he thinking about the money? He says he needs quiet.

I'm looking for suitable present ideas for my Nan's 90th birthday, my mum has suggested gift vouchers. I know that a lot of family members are buying flowers and pot plants and a few are giving her up to date photographs of the granchildren etc in nice frames.

I was thinking of a framed photograph of myself, as she has not got a resent one of me, but I'm graduating in a few weeks time, so she will recieve a photographs of the graduation.

I get an email stating my question was removed,because it was not in the form of question..Excuse me? that was a clean joke,and an honest attemp to make people smile.There was nothing derogertory about it,unless you find saying good morning to the world offensive...Speaking of which?Have you not read some of this stuff that gets posted????
