If you're married, forget about it!!! If it's just her body???...you loose! Harrasment is serious!!! But, if you're not married, and you're not seeing anyone, then do the following: Get a new suit, haircut, and/or some other * conversational * piece that is going to allow opening for her opinion. Say you're going on a blind date, and you'd like her to be honest with you. As you put the package together keep in mind you ARE going to ask her what she thinks, so be honest with yourself and don't over do it. When you are ready and the moment arrises, ask her... "if you met me on a blind date would you follow through and stay the course???" Be serious, mean it as it IS coming from you, but also say it cause you're lonely and silently in love. Depending on how she responds, you might have your opening....... might not. Totally depends on you and your execution. I wish you the best of luck, but when you're determined you don't need luck. Remember keep it simple.

how does she feel about you? you say you love her but you have never made a move on her?think you should ask her how she feels about you first.
i take it that these "serious consiquences" are because you are married or in a long term relationship with someone else.
before you do anything i would get things clear in your own mind about what exactly it is you want to come out of this situation. do you really love her? or is it just lust? i mean you cant love someone you are not even dating surly? and if she also feels the same way as you do then do you really think you would feel the same in say 6 months time?
think seriously about what you really want. so people dont get hurt in the process. and someone usually does in these situations.

You're not in love. It's lust. If it were love, then your heart will lead you to her. Play the tape all the way through. Imagine the negative consequences that can occur and what effects those consequences will have on your peace of mind, status, and working relationship with her.

Make a move and have very serious consequences then. You've asked for it.

Sexual Harrasment is one costly way to pay for that relationship if it does not go well.
Leave her alone and keep a good job

If you make a move on her and things go sour later, you'll regret it. Better safe than sorry. My advice? Leave her alone.
