Yeah. Your graduation photo will be a good option. She'll be proud of you I'm sure. You could compile past pictures of you and her or the family and put in in a scrapbook. Write short notes and when you present to her, tell your stories and how you felt about those pictures. I'm sure when you guys reminisce about the past, you'll come to appreciate the bond more. I wish you the best and God bless you all.
Take care.

Why not buy her a beautiful frame to put graduation photo in when she gets it- explain that's what its for. A little box of treats- we used to do this for my nan and it went down well, as if your on your own and when your older generally you dont eat so much so choose some tiny versions of her fave foods, some trial size smellies, stuff like that is more thoughtful qnd useful than a grand gesture. Or if your short on money maybe a voucher to do her garden for her, make her a dinner or something that she would appreciate.

sister, you know what will delight her most?
make her a DIY voucher, decorate it with ur own creativity and the best part is in the voucher, you write this "this is the voucher that ensures you got to see me popping in every month with the biggest smile you've ever seen"
what could delight a grandma better an assurance that she can see her grandaughter every month? elders easily feel lonely and they have always want companionship. Do this voucher and i ensure you she would be really touched. A gift that doesnt require money, but lots of love :)

could you get her a plaque to a "special Nan". you can even get them saying "to a special Nan on your 90th" They usually have lovely words on them. Or even a personalised photo frame and explain that when you graduate she could put your photo in it? I'm sure she'll love anything you give her. Tell her "Happy Birthday" from me x

Try putting together a picture album or scrapbook, document her life for her- pics of her kids... grandkids... whatever. Its the most thoughtful gift you could ever get her. You could also get everyone to write a note to her and include those in there as well. Have fun.

My great great aunt got a helicopter ride for her 80th and she loved it. Either that or a hot air balloon ride over the town where she lives. Bet that's something she's never seen in all her 90 years.

Poor old girl is probably yearning for a six pack, a pizza and a good film(!)
More photos of the sprogs - getting a bit boring now I would think.
How about a gorilla-gram!!
Give her a darned good laugh. Priceless.
Well - you did ask!
