No, it does not sound silly. You have to make yourself happy, and your children know if you are not. If you guys own the business, you don't have to walk away from it as half of it is yours. Before I got a lawyer, I would explain to my husband that I was no longer happy and that it is fair for you or for him if you guys stay together. If you approach it in a non-accusing way, he may be More willing to work out the best way for you both to be happy without you losing your business. After you talk to him, get your lawyer. Even if you 2 come up with a good solution, get it in writing before he can change his mind. Good Luck to you and your family

Find a great attorney! Follow your gut instincts, Keep the kids and your best interests always at the forefront.

Do what you feel is right. Money is important, but it wont buy you happiness. Forget the business, go after the house.

All depends whats important for you

Have you tried counselling?

It is clear that you are unhappy, but you have not said why specifically.

How long have you been married? How old are the children?

They too must be a part of your considerations.

I am sure that talking with a qualified person will help you sort out your feelings and wishes. Have talked to your husband, what is he thinking and feeling?

Can i suggest three words? Stop, Think, Act..

Stop - evaluate what is happening, how bad is it?
Think - what alternatives are available?
Act- act wisely

Go for counselling, try to fix it - if you still feel the same after that, then at least you can say that you tried. To leave without giving things another chance makes you a coward - not much of a role model for your kids is it???

Exchange the kids for the business if the business is more important. Stage him cheating on you and I bet you get everything.
