I've been with my boyfriend for a couple months and he hasn't said I love you yet. I feel it and want to say it but I dont want to scare him off or have him not feel the same way. Should I just say it or wait for him to say it first?

I have a long distance relationship and see my girlfriend one week out of every three months. We plan on getting married but I still have some issues with getting her to express herself. She is very shy but is slowly coming out. The only thing is she started this after I got her to open up sexually. Is it wrong that it started off with this theme? She has become more confident and I recently got her to understand that she is beautiful. We still have some issues since her parents and relatives have been putting her down since she was a kid. It is only until recently that she has become more independent. We also talk once or twice a week and it seems like every time we do it ends up being this theme. I don't know if it helps but she is a virgin. Really need another point of view on this so only serious answers. One last thing she is Mexican and lives in Mexico. I am from Mexican parents so both her and my parents are a little on the strict side, but they are still family.

In my family, we were not taught to be friends but then I found out thru self-esteem work that a best friend is:
100% loyal, trustworthy, caring, (gently) HONEST & TRUTHFUL, . Never talks behind your back and/or gives away your secrets. Is kind, loving, helpful, accepting of all your feelings and interests. Listens respectfully and with interest. Will NEVER, EVER be critical, jealous, indifferent, (unreasonably) angry, sarcastic, make sadistic jokes, and/or turn on you whenever they are in the mood. Is encouraging, helpful, stands by you, is a lot of fun and playful.
These are only a few of the characteristics of a best friend.

I've been married for almost 3yrs with about to be 3kids now and thought my feelings would change towards him but I still am not very physically nor emotionally attracted to him. I've heard it's what's on the inside that counts but I can't even be attracted to that. He is SO immature, insensitive, he lies, is addicted to porn, doesn't have a clue on how to treat a women, is very manipulative and is an only child so he likes being the center of attention and has a tendency to put himself before others and sometimes our kids. He's also not very manly either. I hear alot of " I can't" and alot of excuses instead of ways to solve his own problems. He never listens to advice and we have been through 2 marriage counselors now to no avail. We fight alot and I hate seeing what it is doing to my little ones. I want a better life for them than this. When we talk about divorce he is VERY against it and tells me he couldn't live w/o me and says he will do better and then does not. PLEASE HELP!
