depends on how serious the relationship is and if there is a fraternization policiy at your place of employment. that is how my fiance and i met....he was my supervisor. i worked there for about six months and then i left. there was a frat. policy and we had to sign in saying we were together. it was fine and i just had to move to a different team. if you are aren't serious about this guy and really like your job. i would say drop it. you have to be careful about situations like that. i don't know about your place but some places will keep that in the reference file. so, it may affect your future chances of getting a new job.
