I broke up with my live-in boyfriend about 5 weeks ago because he was being emotionally abusive towards me, although I'm sure he would never admit to it. I had to stop taking his calls because of it and we have had minimal contact by email since then except mostly to try to make arrangements for him to come and get the rest of his thing. I have given him opportunities to get his things but he has been dragging his feet, saying he won't worry about his things right now because it seems too difficult to figure out. I left it at that and have not had any contact with him now for almost 2 weeks. For me the relationship is over and I would never consider getting back with him or even trying to be friends unless he has the desire to change and were willing to get some sort of counseling. Today is his birthday and I guess you could say I am torn as to whether I should wish him a happy birthday or just let it go.

i announced my wedding 5 months ago my fiancee and i decided that we would set the date for sept 16th my cousin announced last week that she was getting married and her date was sept 16th we have had that day planned for ever she is always competing with me my fiancee and i decided not to go in debt for rings mine was around 1500.00 and his is just a simple band then she tells me that her and her fiancee spent ten thousand on her ring (they financed it) thats worth more than their cars and they live in a run down trailer house should i tell her that your wedding ring is not supposed to be worth more than your house in my oppinion i dont need a loan to prove im marriedam i rite what should i do

My husband and I were married for 4yrs. We have 2 children. Our divorce is not final due to the fact that it has been contested many times. I was wondering what girls acctaully think about giving oral sex to men. See this is weird maybe, coming from a male, but part of me doesn't like it. I see it as an insult to girls. I may sound whipped, but I think they are more important then us, after all they give life, all we do is destroy it.
Does it feel degrading or insulting to girls when they do that?

(also, I keep wondering why I dont like receiving it, but I have no problem giving it)

Just to clear things up, yes I am straight, Ive been dating my love for 9 1/2 months now.
