A 34 year old man does not have pure intentions with your 18 year old sister. He is planning on exploiting her youth for his selfish needs. No it is not ok.
My question is what does he think he has in common with her? What do they TALK about, why can he not find a woman his age? Is it because they see through him and his lies and crap and won't date the loser?
It is wrong. He is old enough to be her daddy. Might even have kids her age, he is just trying to plant his wick in a young honey pot.
This is what it looks like and the feelings it generates.
No matter how they are really it is a matter of don't get your toes wet if you don't want to be accused of swimming. Everyone will wonder why the loser can't date his own age and wonder why your sister is gold digging.
They will always have to defend their relationship.

depends, I have a 19 year old niece dating a 35 year old man. She has changed alot, started drinking, never did, wants to party allthe time. Doesn't communicate with the family any more. The man is very well established and makes over 100 thousand a year, but as soon as he gets his sex, he is off. But at the same time gives her everything. Some guys really want a relationship, I think this guy is only after one thing.

Seems to me that 16 year difference is wrong for that age range... maybe when he's 56 and she's 40 and they both have some experience behind them. But right now I would say your sister is at a huge disadvantage. Possible danager.

Yes that is wrong! That man could use her and hurt her! She needs to stay away from him! Think when shes 30 he will be 46! There is a huge difference in their ages! She could end up hurt badly in this relationship!

Seems like you do not have enough to do in your own life that you get hung up on age in your sisters relationship and does not affect you at all. She is smarter than you anyway so why don't you tend to your own life. Probably she knows something you do not.

I think wrong, because the age difference is just too big and could cause problems for their relationship.

well soes she like him, like want to date him? has she made a move on him?
if so, then totally wrong, and she and the guy can go to jail for it.
if not, then thats fine. i think some older guys are hot. but i dont tell then or ask them out or anything.

She's 18- nothing you can do about it.
