My parents only Chinese, my bf good in English, poor in Chinese, me both lo. Well we are in different nationality also.
I'm worried they can not communicate well haiz

You can be their interpreter...like what i did when introducing my ex to my parents...

the good thing about this is...even if he makes wrong answers..you can always correct it, and your parents don't have to know it...hehehehe...

Brief him on some of your culture practises like sign of wishes, thank you;etc. Always stay at his side, translate all the good things he had said and filter off the bad things.

telll him not to talk at all. or just a little and explain the stuff to him. or just dont. i really dont know, cuz ive never done that ever, but hell prolly just have a hard time at first trying to figure out what their saying, but then hell start to like, learn it or whatever. if someone talks weird, and someone hangs around with them, they kinda learn the language, u know?

Teach him a few simple words or phase just so he can say "hello I'm glad to meet you " and have him smile and show respect.......good luck to you both

hire a translator, or play charades the whole night if ur on a low budget.
