Ok so I have serious problems with stalling around before starting my homework and then end up staying up all night doing it. This is probably a huge issue with just about every teenager, but I still have not conquered my procrastination issues!!

I come home and then immediatly snack and sit around for 30 minutes and then work out for another hour. And then at 4 PM, when I'm supposed to start my HW, I go on the internet until 6!!! And then it's dinner time, and I don't actually start doing HW until like 8.

I take 3 AP/H classes, so my HW load is anything but light, and that's ignoring the study time I should be taking to go over my notes everyday. Does anyone please have any suggestions on how I can change my daily after school routine for the better?!!!

A Canadian tourist found himself at the end of his vacation in the Frankfurt airport, tired from walking past the many sights and sleeping in strange beds, but sustained by his many new memories and the idea of arriving in his familiar home. He stopped and bought a lunch special at the airport deli. He wasn't really hungry, but it was certainly better than the prospect of airplane food and gave him something to do as he watched the planes take off and land and waited for the one that would be his. When the announcement came over the intercom, he quickly sucked down the last of his soda, tossed an uneaten apple into his handbag, and hurried off to the gate.

When he was on the airplane, just before landing, the steward handed him a customs declaration, which contained many questions, He looked over the form, and saw that much of it didn't apply to him. He quickly checked his answers on the fold-out table. No weapons. No drugs. No animals. No. No. No.

My son is in first grade and I have had it with the public educational system. I would like for him to attend a private school next year. One that he will get a quality education at where they push the kids to do their absolute best in all that they do.

I have very high expectations for my son. He is my only child and since can can...I would like to be able to provide the best education for him.

What is the best way to find a school that has high standards and also teaches them morals and values.

My daughter is in year 6 or supposed to be. She isn't in any education at all. After moving to a new area we were faced with the fact that there are no local school vacancies.
The nearest school is 5 miles away so I decided to educate her at home. After all a round trip of 20 miles and 8 buses isn't good for our sanity! Ha
I lost 2 appeals last week and I feel so let down by the system. My daughter is a bright enthusiatic child whom has a liking for school.
Just think its so unfair that a 10 year old child who was born in this country is being deprived of an education.
Please guide me to my next step or websites and books that may help my daughter to acheive as well as she would have.

can you help me creat more 'mood' in my story. And help me make it better in general:

A Canadian tourist worked hard over the course of two years to raise money for a trip to Europe. When the time arrived, he took three weeks of vacation and flew to Paris where he stayed ten days; he then traveled to Germany where he spent the remaining of his wonderful vacation.

While waiting in the boarding room at the Frankfurt airport, on his way back to Canada, he ate a sandwich and put an apple in his hand bag for later.

When he was on the airplane, just before landing, the steward handed him a customs declaration, which contained many questions, all of which were answered 'no.' He was simply a tourist, carrying no weapons, no drugs, or anything else of interest.

After landing at the Montreal airport, he was randomly chosen for the baggage search. During the baggage check, the agent found the forgotten apple in his bag.

“Sir, what is this?” the agent asked.

I just moved to LA and started to find a place to rent. How do you find a school district for a given address? There are a few school districts in a city. How can I find out to which school district an address belongs?

Thanks in advance.

Is it down to more interactive toys in toddlerhood, and video games? I certainly didn't need visual stimulation - yes, some lessons were boring, but we still managed to get decent grades without an all singing, all dancing teacher/computer.

Following a programme on British TV this evening (Fiona Bruce, 7pm BBC) I have decided my children will not have computer consoles whilst under my roof. They may however have art materials, climbing frames, money towards team sports, ice skating lessons, ballet lessons, a trampoline, drama classes.... I could go on....

My child is only 18 months. I'm really worried that children currently in education seem unable to get on unless they are shown pictures.... is this not kindergarten for pre-teens....

What's going on? Your thoughts and experience welcomed. Thanks.

Hi, I'm in 8th grade. My school has a tough English curriculum. I've been shaky to some extent on our most recent book The Odyssey, and when I took the test I got a C-. That was surprising since almost all of my other grades are A's or above. My teacher generalized that if you didn't do well you should go speak with her but I lack the confidence to do so and I don't know what to say. What should I do?
