I hated calculus. I used to wonder who in the hell came up with that stuff. Like seriously!
The most useful subject in adult life is definitely English. It's not most people's favorite subject, but having a strong foundation in English will be very beneficial to you way beyond school years. There will always be a situation that will arise where you have to do something like go on an important interview, write a formal letter, fill out an application, converse with professional people, etc. Being able to use correct grammar is vital in our society.

it sometimes depend on how good is the teacher but i dislike dance or drama. I think English is the most important subject because it is a every days thing, or what ever the language of your country called. The second most important thing is Math and Society & Environment. I love math and art(drawing).

High level math classes are a complete waste of space in my brain. i am in college and they arent even useful. Most people are going to say history but it is going to be the most useful in my life because i want to teach history. Also i think that knowing history makes you an overall more intelligent person.

Geometry. I had the worst teacher. He humiliated those of us who had difficulty w/the class. The aftermath has stuck w/me for decades.

Most useful: English, of course. Knowing how to read well, and write intelligently and succintly are absolutely the most important skills a person needs to succeed. It's amazing how poorly many adults express themselves both verbally and in writing. Reading and writing are necessary to fill out job apps. for one thing.

I hated History, couldn't understand why I had to learn things that happen years ago. My favorite was typing and business law. I really learned from them and got employment without going to college.
