It depends on the type of paper you are writing such as APA format or MLA format. Each one has different criteria. I am more familiar with APA. www.APA.org has a sample paper on the website that shows how your citation should look on the references page. Here is a sample for you:

Kotelnikov,V. (2006). Change Management. Retrieved on November 10, 2006 from http://www.1000ventures.com/business_guide/crosscuttings/change_management.html

Author's last name, first initial. the year in (). the name of the article (only capalize the first letter of the first word. Then the date you retrived followed by the web address.
