I just moved to LA and started to find a place to rent. How do you find a school district for a given address? There are a few school districts in a city. How can I find out to which school district an address belongs?

Thanks in advance.

There are several school districts in LA county, LAUSD being the largest. Santa Monica, Pasadena, Glendale, Beverly Hills and South Pasadena have their own districts, just to name a few.
If you are in the LAUSD, look into magnet schools. They actually give kids a better education, much like a private school. LAUSD schools aren't bad if they are in an affluent area of the city.

Type in your zip code, and it will show you the nearest public schools.
LAUSD schools aren't very good, so if you can afford it, I'd enroll your child in a private school.
