Hi,

I'm a working student and I really don't have the time to go to University for several hours each day. I've been looking around for good online universities but all of them are fairly pricey for me.

Does anyone here know of a reasonably priced university which offers a variety of degrees?

Thanks a lot.

I am going to the MBA Tour and there will be many schools which I am interested in applying to. I have set-up a one-on-one interview with someone from Thunderbird (a school I would love to go to). I have everything in order except my GMAT score, so I feel I will be able to present everything I have to offer besides the score. Also, I am very comfortable with interviewing in general and plan on being prepared to answer any questions regarding the school, my reasons for applying, goals, etc. If everything goes very well, what kind of impact can this have on me getting in?

I am a student studying high school in another country. I have US citizenship, and I go to an international school, so it's basically like an american high school. My parents have a house in California, I'm not currently present in California and neither are my parents although we are paying taxes.

My question? Am I considered as a resident? I really want to get into UC Berkeley, but i understand that they give most of the priority to California residents.

I've also heard that if you show that you have an intent of staying, then that counts? I'm not sure about that one.

I do have a California driver's license though. I've also heard people talk about that. Not sure whether this would help or not...

Please help me! I really need it!

I have hard time just sitting in one place and studying. I really have to focus to get stuff but once I am in focus it takes me little time to study. For instance last night I memorized 9 pages of notes ( word for word) in 3 hours for my test this morning, and I had no trouble during the test. Except maybe this one problem but it was more of a tricky problem.
I don't know how to just sit there and study for hours at a time. I can't study at all in my room. I have to go to the library to actually get anything done. In my room I would turn on music, or say oh well I did this now I can watch t.v for 10 min.
I need help...
What should I do? ANY TIPS? ADVISE?

I believe that all degrees are hard and require hard work. Nothing is harder than the other, or is it? Is it hard because there's too much work or is it just complicated

There is a school in Texas that insist I attended their institution during a period that I did not. I withdrew from the school the first day of classes however they show I attended and earned 90 credit hours and 1200 clock hours. I have argued with them that I did not attend and that one loan for the course was refunded yet I had to repay for the other loan after aruging with them that I never attended. I've asked for a transcript since they insist I went and its been over a year and still i've received nothing. Can someone please help me -
