Be yourself with a boost of confidence! As a former interviewer, I can tell you that confidence got my attention. You have to sell yourself. You have to make me want to hire you. What can you do for me? One of my most memorable interviews started with the gentlemen stating his name and then looked me in the eye and told me he would help put my company on the map and then proceeded to tell me that I wanted to hire him because.....listed his abilities and attributes. When he shook my hand it was firm and sure. I have also interviewed very timid people and my first thoughts were always "if this person is afraid of me, my clients would eat (he/she) alive!" I hope this helps.

I am so and so and I like.......list some fun activities....I feel ______are my strenghs. (like being on time etc)

One of my weaknesses is a fear of being late. That way it turns it into a strength. She/he thinks you will make a point of being on time.
