I'm graduating this year at University of California: San Diego with a degree in Economics and Mathematics. Currently I have a 2.5 and most likely won't bring it up any higher.
Will I find a good paying job?
I have had several internships over the years in consulting, finance, and marketing.
Where do I stand? I'm just scared to be unemployed when I graduate.

At this time, I am confused whether I should go for phd or a job. I hold a computer engineering degree and my interest is in research. But I m not sure if it's better to pursue a phd course. What key benefits do I get after investing three years in achieving doctorate? What will be the life after phd? Will it be too academic? Will my earnings be substantially higher? I would like to know why should I go for PHD for reasons other than my inner desire for research and phd?

The University of Chicago is my dream school in every way. Even if I miraculously get into every college but U of C, I would be devastated. Nevertheless, does fun really die there? I applied because of the intellectual atmosphere, but is it hardcore academically in a good or bad way?

The job in question is assistant to a photographer. If I don't plan to do anything photography-related in college, can the job be a substitution for something like sports or performing arts? I do* plan to take on sailing and newspaper next year, but was wondering if I should forget about getting a job also.

I'm looking to find a reputable online seminary where I can complete my degree entirely online. The accreditation has to be recognized by the USDE (for example ABHE or ATS). If you would recommend a place like this, please let me know.

some one was telling me that if i study undergraduate pharmacy (4years) to post graduate level, which will take me about 2 years more, i will get a way better pay than studying 5 years of optometry..

i tried to prove this statement, but i can't find it... all the results shows that optometry earn more than pharmacy...

can someone help me decide which one to study? i don't mind studying either, it's just that the salary after a degree is quite important, and i need to fill out the university courses in a few days otherwise classes will be taken..

thanks~
