I'm looking to find a reputable online seminary where I can complete my degree entirely online. The accreditation has to be recognized by the USDE (for example ABHE or ATS). If you would recommend a place like this, please let me know.

There are no reputable seminaries wherein one can complete a degree entirely online.

You might want to email the Association for Biblical Higher Education at info@abhe.org - to see about accredited online programs.

It doesn't appear that the ATS is OK with online seminary degrees: From the ATS website:
"ATS accrediting standards do not permit earning a degree entirely through online courses. There is a minimum of a one-year residency requirement for Master of Arts (MA) programs
and the Master of Divinity (MDiv) program. This one year of full-time academic study or its equivalent must be earned on the campus of the institution granting the degree or on an extension site of the institution that has been approved for degree-granting status. Currently, research doctoral degrees (PhD and ThD) do not permit any credits to be obtained online."

I interpret that to mean that the ATS won't accredit a seminary that offers an online-only degree program. You might want to contact them directly, as well. see
