All four of these schools are respectable, although I wouldn't say that any of them was a top school. Probably RIT has the best reputation but there is not enough difference between them to be able to say one is definitely a lot better than the others.

You should probably decide on the basis of what kind of place you want to be in.

Temple is right in the middle of the city of Philadelphia. That means it is a kind of rough urban environment. But the city is interesting, it is only 100 miles from NY and there are probably lots of internships available there.

Drexel is also in Philly but I think the CS part is a little more suburban than Temple. I think Temple would be a little more prestigious than Drexel but it might just depend onm who you talked to.

SUNY Buffalo is way far west from NY.. Buffalo is, in my opinion, not a place where I would like to spend four years. And it snows there quite a lot in winter.

RIT is in a small city north of NY city. Take a look at the website to see what the campus is like. THat might be an easier place for a foreign student to live than the bigger cities.

Any one of these schools will give you a solid education that will be respected in the CS industry.

SUNY Buffalo!! I went there for two years, and LOVED it. I had to transfer to my current university because it offers a better program in my major, but it's an AWESOME school. They are the top research university in the State University of New York system, and the tuition is cheaper than all of your other choice schools. My major isn't computer science, but my sister went their for computer engineering, and now works for a Microsoft affiliate in Switzerland. Not to mention, Buffalo is a great city, there's a lot for college students to do. When I graduate in a year, I would like to go back for my graduate's. Seriously, University at Buffalo is your BEST choice.

Personally, i think they all stink. Although Temple is probably the most well-known, it is known for the violence area of north philadelphia that it is in, not academics. Get yourself a glock and a bullet-proof vest
