I know working as a pharmacist is in many ways great. However, I've heard from several reasonable sources that online phamacies are increasing and thus there will be less place for pharmacists. What do you guys think? (Obviously noone will know until the time comes) I'm just beginning to fill the pre-req for pharm d program, so I have to see the future as well.

Should I transfer colleges?
I am completing my fresman year at a small prestigious university 5 hours from my home, where I am on partial merit scholarship. the people are nice, the classes are challenging but great. However, I'm not happy; I cry a few times a week and have even been diagnosed with clinical depression by the counseling service here. My friends are great and have made an effort to help me; some days are actually very nice but I feel like they are so rare. Over winter break when I was home with my parents I was happy for the first time in a long time. Now I am considering transferring to NYU, from which I can hop on a train and be with my parents anytime I need to in 40 minutes. However, NYU is very expensive but I have a best friend from home there to live with. What should I do? Please give advice.

Hi, im currently a sophmore in highschool and I need to plan my classes for next year. My current cumulative GPA is a 3.39 for the three semesters that I have completed. I have taken these classes so far- Biology Honors, World History Honors, Computer Applications, Geometry, Spanish II, Freshman Lit Honors, Intro to Business, Algebra II, English Lit Honors, AP Euro history, Chemistry honors, Spanish III honors, Marketing, and Management. Im taking all AP core classes next year except in math. One more thing...I really hate Spanish and instead of it I want to take human physiology, but someone said that decent colleges recommend 4 years of foreign language. I really need your opinion.

I am currently pursuing a B.S. in psychology. Initially I wanted to go to dental school. However, now I am trying to look at my other options. The problem is I do not know what those options are. So I was wondering what kinds of careers are out there for me?

Traditionally, you apply for admission into graduate school one year before you go, right? For instance, you apply in the early fall, find out if you are accepted in the late fall/early spring, and then attend the next coming fall. I will be graduating with my bachelor's in the winter of '08....do I still apply this fall?....instead of going to the graduate school in the fall, I would have to wait till the spring because I am graduating in the fall, get it? I can't apply in the spring semester (right after I graduate), because you can only apply in the fall, right? I know it's confusing...but please help if you know anything about the process!

I've got a 3.0 GPA in my second year of college...and from my understanding that's pretty bad for going for Pharmacy. After all, Pharmacy isn't something I necessarily have a real passion for, but I understand that job placement and the salary are awesome. So should I go for a different major or retake some of my previous classes to up the grades? Also, is Pharmacy worth pursuing?

I haven't been in a regular school program for a long time. I was home schooled for high school and have only taken a college class online. I am interested in starting to do one on campus to start while I'm still at community college.

If I do, what can I expect? I am thinking of doing my english or math class on campus. Probably english. Is there assigned seating? Will I have to read out loud? Is there some hand raising thing that goes on when you have a question? What goes on? What do I do? It's English comp 1.

What do I do in a classroom?

I know this is an odd question, but being home schooled, I just don't know!

I am about to pursue an undergraduate degree. I had a hard time doing well on the SATs, even though I am in many honors and Advanced Placement courses at my regionally top ranked high school. Also, am in the top 15% of my hs out of 550 students, with a 3.67 gpa.

However, I have always wanted to be a trial lawyer. I have a deep passion for it and want to go to the best law schools in the country, such as University of Michigan, NYU, Notre Dame, Columbia, Brooklyn

Do SAT scores reflect and predict LSAT scores? If so, im shot.

im a sophmore right now and currently take 2 AP classes. Next year as a junior, i am planning on taking 5-6 AP's.

How many of you would advise this? Has anyone done this before? What are your experiences?

PS. I know it seems crazy, but most of the AP's I'm considering taking I already have a strong background on, but I am concerned about overloading myself.

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!
much love!
*mwahhh*
Have an Amazing day!

I'm planning to major in psychology and become a social psychologist. However, I heard that it's really hard for some people to find jobs after they earned their degrees. Is that really true? Are there too many psychologists out there? I just want to know before I make the decison to major in psychology.
