I will be working full time next semester and writing my senior's thesis (running subjects, gathering data, presenting, etc). Needless to say, I need to keep my hours down. Any ideas on fun, EASY 1 hour courses. (I'm already aware of the obvious KHP "running" or "weightlifting" courses).

Two things...thing 1: I need help deciding what to major in. I love sports and I could always teach. Should I take a chance on business and try to become the GM of a sports team or should I stay safe and teach something? thing 2: There's a girl I went to high school with that has the same class I have (music apprec.) right after me. she graduated a year ahead of me in hs and i sorta like her. We're required to go to a concert (not the fun kind) and I asked her to go with me b/c we both have to go anyway. she accepted but I havnt seen her in about a week since I asked her, so I havnt had a chance to work out details. Is her sudden absence just coincidence? Btw, this girl is really hot and way out of my league, but she did agree to go,so that was good. Advice please.

There are these girls in my Grade 11 Uni Prep English class, and they take notes on mostly what the teacher is says. They take notes as though they were already in College! About 4 people in the class of 30 do this. Are you supposed to be taking notes on the discussion, at Grade 11??

Hi...
I graduated high school and now I'm in college at 16. I'm taking a few courses and commuting there. It's pretty stressful, especially being the youngest. I'm SO not into partying and drinking...Most of the people I know are. I'm making friends at school and I talk to classmates...but mostly I just hang out with old high school friends who are still attend high school. It seems to me that I'm a little young to take this on, and maybe I'm missing out a bit on the college experience. The studying is intense and I do miss my peers. I didn't expect to miss high school so much. My question is, is this normal to feel as a freshman or do you think I should wait till my peers catch up and go to college (and possible move out) then? I don't hate it, I just feel a little misplaced. My senior friends all moved out and seem to enjoy it. Thanks for your help everyone.

It was an unintentional mistake, I don't know what to do. It's a college journalism class and we were supposed to get interviews from the community and write them up, in class apparantly. When I showed up with the assignment feeling so on top of things, he blew up because he said it wasn't fair to the other students, which is true. I feel bad and I'm scared he's going to permanently blacklist me and shoot down my grade. I am willing to write an apology email or something, any suggestions? Oh, and he's not the most reasonable person ever, kind of a power-trip type of guy.
