I am going to take 4 AP classes as a Junior next year, and 5 AP's as a Senior. I play 2 sports and am involved in 4 clubs.

That's great you are taking a lot of AP courses- just remember though, don't go over board trying to impress admissions directors. They would rather see someone take 2 AP's and do really well in them, then have someone take 5 and do just okay.
But I'm sure you've got all that figured out.
Sports and clubs look really good!

Now...NYU:

They, like most colleges, require you to take the SAT or ACT. The average scores are:
SAT Reasoning Verbal: 620 - 710
SAT Reasoning Math: 620 - 710
ACT Composite: 27 - 31

They also recommend applicants take 2 Subject Tests (SAT II's)
