I meet every college's requirement for transferring. I have a 3.0, you must have a 2.5 to change schools. I am applying to difficult schools like The College of NJ, UNC-Chapel Hill...what are my chances of getting into these schools? Just by meeting all their requirements, can I get into the schools? I am trying to keep my GPA up and get into Phi Theta Kappa.

As far as salary goes, easiness of job, schooling, and job stress and hours.

I recently graduated, as valedictorian, at sixteen years old. Due to age limitations I decided to take a year off before attending University. I thoroughly enjoy learning; however, and deemed it discerning just to take two classes at community college to prepare me for college (I took the classes after not during HS). I never intended to transfer the credits I just didn't want a lapse in my education. Now I have been informed by college counselors that they will no longer consider me a freshman. I arduously worked to graduate early and earned a 3.9 GPA in the process. I also have a 700 SAT score in verbal and a 600 in math. According to the counselors though, all that I have worked for is negligible now because I'm no longer a freshman and have to apply as a transfer. Transferring to a UC school entails earning sixty credits at a community college, which I cannot do because the environment will suffocate me. I thrive in certain environments, ones which community colleges cannot afford.

Greetings:
I'm 49 & teaching at a Community College in Saudi Arabia. I have the following qualifications (all from Canadian Universities unless noted otherwise):

BA - Linguistics & English

B. of Ed. – English & Linguistics (High School Level)

B. of Special Ed. – Specialization in Reading (all grades & levels)

CELTA certificate from a certified Canadian private institute

Masters of Applied Linguistics (TESOL) Completed via Distance Education from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia.

I'd now like to do a PhD program or even 2nd Masters if that is the logical choice. However, because some employers have some suspicions about distance education degrees, this PhD (or 2nd Masters) program must be done mostly in the classroom, probably in summer semesters but a DE component wouldn’t be a problem.

I would like to teach in the ME as long as I can or am able to and then return and teach in a Canadian college or university.

What is the best program for me??

The reason why it was unclassified is because I failed the dissertation, and obviously encountered problems when trying to find a graduate job, because employers usually look for at least a 2:2. However, after spending about 10 years in the working world doing administration, customer service and credit control jobs, I feel that I need to go back to university in order to get a post graduate degree to progress further with my career.

However, upon querying about the courses available at my local university, the careers adviser informed me that I have not even passed my 1st degree since it was unclassified and that I cannot possibly do a post graduate course!

Can you please tell me if an unclassified degree means that I have failed my degree entirely and that I need to complete the dissertation stage again in order to do a post graduate course, or can I do a post graduate diploma without having to do back to complete my 'honours' part of the degree.

I want to have some information about bus stations like how the designers select the location, how they design spaces. if somebody gives me some address on the internet, that would be a great deal of help for my conference.
