Question

writing a document which has to reflect on my work practices in Social Care?

I have nearly finished this NVQ Level 3 but this is the last thing I have to do.....I know what I want to say but its how to start the thing off....any ideas please.

I was unsure which criteria my question should go under, but any help would be appreciated..... thanks.

I'm not sure of the requirements for the document, but... Why not start with a little introduction about how you started in social care and where you are now? Then summarize your key work practices. Each paragraph can expand on each work practice.
