I will be working full time next semester and writing my senior's thesis (running subjects, gathering data, presenting, etc). Needless to say, I need to keep my hours down. Any ideas on fun, EASY 1 hour courses. (I'm already aware of the obvious KHP "running" or "weightlifting" courses).

I would go for a physical education course or something you really wanted to learn more about. However, I do not recommend something in the sciences or mathematics. The best thing is to ask your friends or college advisor for recommendations.

Introductory courses are pretty well the easist of any given dicsipline. I found Philosophy not too bad. Sociology, too. The best for you may be in a subject that you are most familiar with.

Try a simple course like Microsoft Word or Excel. Keyboarding for Speed is fun, too (no drain on your brain). Also, as others suggested dancing, photography, exercise, massage, whatever you are interested in.

That really depends on what YOU are good at. My friend told me a story once of how someone she knew took a theoretical physics class to get their GPA up after getting a B in english! Think of something you like doing as a hobby (Art, Music, Tennis) and take the "101" class for it. :-)
