Orthodontics and Veterinary doctors make a lot.
But you need to have a practise in a good spot, close to a rich area of a city that has a lot to through down on little jimmy's teeth or Rex's shots.
Veterinarians make a killing for the amount of schooling they do, lots of doctors who don't pass med school go to become vet's.
However you have to enjoy looking down into people's mouths who don't brush if your an orthodontist. Vet's have to deal with putting down a lot of animals, and they have to know everything about all sorts of animals, not one special area of one animal.

Neonatal in the Rio Grande Valley. Those guys go out and buy a square mile of ranch land just to have a place to unwind, like we buy a lawn chair.
Of course, a lot depends upon how you define good money. My son is in DO school (like MD but with extra tricks) and they were told last month that starting income for either DO or MD in general practice in rural areas was running around $160,000 a year, and if you go to an underserved area, you can get almost all your school costs paid by the state.
To us ordinary peons, $160,000 a year is good money.

Just about anything is open in the medical field in America. Funny thing.... people are living longer .... and having more and more old-age illnesses. There will always be a need for medical help.
