I got accepted into both colleges. They are both my two dream colleges. I got into the Game & Simulation Programming program at DeVry and I got into the Web & Media Design Program at Johnson & Wales. Also I got a $14,000.00 scholarship from Johson & Wales. I don't know which one is better and which one to pick. The first payments are due soon, and I need to make a decision. Help Please!

I've always wanted to go to my dream art school to major in animation and gaming. Unfortuanately my parents couldn't help me with school so I ended up going to community college instead. I was pretty devastated but got my associates in arts at the community college. Now I'm 21 and I can actually afford going to the art school that I'v always wanted to go to. The only problem is that since it's a private art school; none of the classes that I took at the community college transferred. I would have to start all over and prob not get my degree until I'm 26. Is it worth me starting over or is 26 too old to barely be finishing college?

I am looking for a place where I can be trained to become a computer repair technician, but I have seen colleges that only offer A+ certification. What degree can I get that would be better than an A+??? I would want a bachelors that would be better than an A+, I know big colleges offer computer sciece degrees and Information System degrees, but they have alot to do with C++, Java etc. programming and system management.
I am really only interested in becoming an expert in computer repairs, not in programming or database management.
I live in Chicago, anyone know what school is good for me and what degree or certifications would be good for me to have a successful career??
Thanks!

Ok so I am doing a 8-10 page research paper. I want to do something along the lines of the descrimination against gay people. I really don't want to do gay marriage, but more of the horrible things that people do to gay people.

Please help with narrowing this down. I need to answer a specific question for this paper. Can someone give me some ideas for a thesis or specific research question?

My university professor told me he won't write a recommendation for me :S!!! I wanted to reply to a university abroad and need recommendations. I was not the best student but am not too bad too! My average grade is 4.41 of 5 (where 5 is the best). He told me he won't write the recommendation because I don't have any articles :( !!! He had not even a thought that he has used my conspects of his lectures for several years already because I've written them so well!!! Tell me what do you think of this? Is it normal? I don't know because I've not been in such a situation before!
Thank you,
Maria

Everytime I fill any form fro USA and they ask which is the highest level I have reached in education I am not sure what to say...I am a doctor... actually a physician. Should I say associate?, or bachelor?..I have no idea because a physician here in Argentina is called doctor even if you dont have the doctor's tesis or tittle.

I missed 2 weeks of class due to some personal reasons. I became very unmotivated to get to class because of this. So after 2 weeks, I return to class and tell my instructors and the program coordinator that I was sick with an inner ear infection.

Now some of my instructors need a doctor's note or they're going to drop my final mark by two letter grades.

Is there anything I can do? Any Suggestions? I was thinking of maybe going to my doctor, telling him my situation and begging him. Please help and thanks!!

I have 3 years of college towards my bachelor's, I want to go back to college and get my MBA. My major is accounting and someone was told me that your can take a test based on career experience and get additional credits towards your degree or even get your degree based on what you score on the test, since I only have a year left. I've worked in accounting for 13 years. Is it such a test and if so what is it called?
