What Tech Schools out there offer an Associates Degree for Plumbing AND has Dorms to live in Campus?

Please tell me! I've been looking everywhere and I cannot seem to find any.

Probably none. I've never seen a community college or tech school offer dorms. If you want to get a degree in plumbing and live on campus you should search for a university that offers the degree - many Universities grant Associates degrees as well as Bachelors'.
