When I say great money, I mean 80-100 per shift on weekdays, and maybe 150+ on weekends. I've tried several restaurants and they all have been disappointments. I don't want anything too fancy and upscale, but I do want something that has consistent high volume and a decent tipping clientele. I need to pay off some credit card bills(not alot) so I figure serving part time would help me achieve this goal.

I'm looking for bars or other buildings that were used as Speakeasies or illegal bars during prohibition. I know that there were a lot around Chinatown, and I know that there are more than just one, so if you have one that you know of, please respond. Also, if you know anything about the building or if you can see inside it, let me know.
