Langer's is definitely kick butt, but for Burbank go to:

Not quite Burbank, but it's just a short drive east on the 134...totally worth the drive for their House Cured, Applewood smoked Pastrami sandwich...

best pastrami in all of Los Angeles is in Downtown L.A., at 7th & Alvarado, LANGERS
they are only open for breakfast and lunch (because of the area), but it is not too far down the freeway from Burbank and definitely worth it!!!

One of the best delis around - with good pastrami -- is Brent's, in Northridge. They will deliver to Burbank.

the Pastrami Hat. They have several in the area. check the internet for addresses closest to youthe Hat is in Upland and again in Pasadena.
