This is one of the best sandwichs I have ever eaten, it has finely minced olives as a spread. Salami and provlone cheese.

I live in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley. I used to go to a wonderful restaurant called The Market Broiler, but they sadly closed some time ago, and since then I haven't been able to find a quality replacement.

The Market Broiler not only served up incredible food, but they did so at quite reasonable prices.

What are my options? I've been to Bubba Gump Shrimp (what replaced Gladstones up at CityWalk) & the food isn't that great (and it's overpriced). Does anyone know of any good local seafood options for a valley guy like myself? I'm willing to drive out of the Valley if need be, but obviously closer to home is better than not.

Thanks! :)

If the glass is half full, fill it and stop asking "Do you want me to fill that?". I'm not there to talk to you and interruptions the conversation I'm having with someone I do want to talk to are annoying.

and if so..is it a good idea or worth it?
We are going for a week and I am wondering if it is worth buying.
It is $1000 for a family of 4 for one week.
Includes one breakfast, one snack and drink and then one nicer dinner with a full meal including appetizer, dessert and non alcoholic drink. What do you think?

I've found the best (IMO) Ethiopian restaurant in San Jose (www.mudairestaurant.com), but I'd like to know where to get great lamb tibs and spicy chickpeas in SF. Fill me in!

I'm getting married (civil) in the morning...by the time it gets done, it's lunch time... I'm having problems on where we (15 people) can have lunch at in New York City. It need not be a lavish place, just some place where all of us can enjoy a nice ambiance and good food to indulge in... can be a casual setting, but with a romantic touch... I need help right away...the wedding is in 2 weeks... HELP

Going to see Los Lobos at Walt Disney Hall on 10.13.06 (yay!). 5 couples want to eat at great Mexican restaurant in Downtown LA. Been to Ciudad, but not really Mexican. La Golondrina on Olvera St. OK, but service is spotty and kind of $$. La Parrilla, Serenata de Garibalidi too out of the way (all but me and wife go downtown regularly). Looking for good selection (not just tacos / enchiladas), quality food and great drinks. Yes, I want to impress my friends.

I need a list of about 10 -12 moderately priced, good restaurants in downtown St. Louis to accommodate attendees for a small conference. Need places in downtown, close proximity to the Hilton on Olive St.
