Ok the answer is that everyone is different so how many times they lick the lolliepop and what they do with the lollie pop is totaly different from how you probably do. So the answer is there is no precice way and amount to lick a lollie pop you try and see how many times it takes you..lol

I'm a really good licker of Tootsies. The funny thing is, they really like to be licked too. To finish her off, depends on the Tootsie.

Stick it in your butt crack and as it melts you can take you finger and get as much as you want with no licking involved.
