What are some great Italian restaurants in Little Italy, New York that are under $30 total for one meal?

I will be dining out with some friends this weekend, and we'd like to go somewhere unique in Little Italy for some great Italian food. Thing is, we're all on the broke college student budget, so it'd be great to find some restaurants that aren't more than $20 - 30 average total price per person. Somewhere with a really distinct atmosphere and vibe would be much appreciated, too. Thanks!

Am I the only one that finds it disguisting to eat at buffets?
