You might like the Serafina restaurants. There are several locations:
Madison & 79th
Broadway & 55th
Lafayette & West 4th
They have a nice menu, and I have often seen teenagers eating at the location on 79th.

An excellent place to go to in Manhattan is called Maria Pia's (authentic Italian)and its close to Broadway

The Olive Garden its not to expensive and it's romantic and really good

take her to either
a) the view, in the marriot(rotates around the city + has great views, the food, not so...)
b) The rainbow grill ( when i say "grill" i dont mean fast food american burgers + fries :))
they both r really good
