Sunflower Cafe in Sandy Springs has the best vegetarian cuisine in Atlanta!
Just about any Indian restaurant should have some good vegetarian choices.

there is also a vegetarian restaurant in Decatur off of Glenwood....can't remember the name...

the best areas would be in Buckhead, Little Five Points, and Athens
will be the locales most likely to accomodate your wants/needs
