All the restaurants in Florida do not have a smoking section anymore. I was just wondering if Texas is the same way.

Some years back while driving through Key Largo, I think, I came across a restaurant serving Bermuda Triangles as an appetizer. They were onion rings fashioned as triangles... possibly made from Bermuda onions... does anyone remember where this was, does it still exist?

googling stumbled me across "La Taza de Oro" in Chelsea which sounds like it's in the ballpark I'm talking about...

but word of mouth is better...

>>> and anywhere from 'upscale-diggity' to 'dive' restaurant recommendations are all welcome; and some of both would be preferred actually... $~$$$ but not much higher

thanks in advance

*bonus if they serve homemade-style cabrito~*

I've divided them into catergories so it's easier.

MEXICAN
choice 1- very very near house. tex-mex. relatively inexpensive. pretty good food.
choice 2- a little farther away but not too far. authentic. cheap. good.

AMERICAN
choice 1- very near where I live. pretty cheap "normal" food.
choice 2- pretty close to home. same price as choice 1. pretty good food. sometimes live music. haven't been in a while.
choice 3- pretty near my house, pretty good food, pretty fancy though.
choice 4- Expensive/upscale american food pretty near my house. kind of stuffy atmosphere, but pretty good food.

PIZZA
choice 1- mellow mushroom.
choice 2- ok pizza with very thin crispy crust a little farther away with not-so-good atmosphere.
