All the restaurants in Florida do not have a smoking section anymore. I was just wondering if Texas is the same way.

yes maam. Houston and San Antonio have restrictions, not a complete ban. You can still go to Tgif, Chillis, Benningans, etc.... and they smoking sections still. Dallas and El Paso have public place bans, but some of their restaurants dont allow smoking. Galveston and Chorpus Christi have some restrictions depending on the place youre eating at. All other Texas cities have certain restrictions and designated smoking areas.

I have not any undertaking with a smoking ban in some public places, yet bars, deepest golf equipment and places the place this is adults in simple terms could have the suitable to assert whether smoking is allowed or not. That way all human beings has a place to pass. I stay in a city in Illinois that had a entire smoking ban for 4 months and a lot of of the bars lost gross sales, cut back hours and laid off workers. The ban grow to be repealed for bars, deepest golf equipment and different person in simple terms places. One bar proprietor (8 bars) desperate to stay non smoking and maximum others enable it. all human beings is satisfied. Or a minimum of till Jan.1st while the state ban is going into result. i think of while ill. sees the shortcoming of tax gross sales from the casinos that are on the border they are going to think of back. maximum persons will pass over to Missouri or Iowa to gamble so as that they might smoke.

Yes, virtually, 13 of Texas's cities, now have smoking bans in restaurants, including Houston and San Antonio. El Paso does not permit smoking in any public place. and San Antonio is increasingly getting stricter about all locales.
