Is smoking banned in the restaurants in Texas?

All the restaurants in Florida do not have a smoking section anymore. I was just wondering if Texas is the same way.

Dallas and El Paso have public place bans, but some of their restaurants dont allow smoking. Galveston and Chorpus Christi have some restrictions depending on the place youre eating at. All other Texas cities have certain restrictions and designated smoking areas.
