Going to NYC over X-mas holiday & need a nice place to have Christmas Eve dinner. Anyone have any suggestions?

Well, if you can afford it, The Water's Edge in Long Island City. Thefood is fantastic and the service is superb. One wall is almost entirely glass giving you a magnificent view of the Manhattan skyline. They have a ferry service from Manhattan at the 35th st pier on the East River.

You couldn't afford a drink for $50 in the two places mentioned above. Try Mulberry Street in Little Italy. Casa Bella and Buona Notte are both good, have a nice atmosphere and good price.

Hey, try the Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Center, here is the link http://www.rainbowroom.com It has a full view of the city and it's really nice. If they are booked, try Tavern On The Green in Central Park, it is also really nice and beautiful at night. Let me know if you need more suggestions....cause I have more :o) Good Luck!!!!!
