So heres the thing, theres 20 TV's that needed to be hooked up. Each room has its own feed, then it splits one side goes directly to the TV, and the other side goes to a sat receiver. When i hooked up the TV's only 14 TV's actually got a signal. So to fix this problem i was going to run another cable to the feeds that i know work, and split it off of those. Is this a good idea? Or what can you reccomend?

This is a question for a friend, not me, honest!
She thinks it's worth the risk of a fine in order to save the £11 a month or whatever it is. I just wondered if anyone knows how keen the TV licensing people actually are at checking addresses where no licence is registered? ie, what are her chances of getting caught?

I have a comcast turner, a samsung tv. Previously the setting for the ypbpr was set so that the picture was too wide (although still crisper than regular tv). Now it is set so that hdtv channels (espn, abc, nbc, etc.) are fitted onto the screen in the wide screen format (much easier to see the score of games etc now). Problem is though that when I go to watch movies in HDTV onDemand that some of the movies are still too wide. Is this a setting I can fix or is it just that the movie is formated in the size that cannto be properly shown on my tv? (Sorry if my technical language is lacking)

My TV, a Panasonic just gave out a loud bang like a component exploding inside and then went into stand by mode. I pressed a button to see if it still worked and it does !
Should I be worried?
